Submission of this application does not guarantee a vendor space. Confirmation will be communicated by text or email.
Vendors must provide a valid insurance policy naming Invision Quest LLC, Judd Mortensen, Findlay Toyota Center, Global Spectrum, L.P., Entertainment Center Community Facilities District, Town of Prescott Valley and Four Seasons Investment Company LLC, and PBR. Insurance due 10 days prior to set-up. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in denial of set-up.
Vendors must make full payment 10 days prior to April 10, set-up.
Vendor Set Up:
April 9: 1pm-4pm
April 10: 9am-4pm
Vendors must be set up and ready to open by 5pm on April 10
Vendor Tear Down:
April 11: following bull riding and once concourse is cleared
April 12: 8am-10am
All vendors must be cleared of space and building by 10am on April 12
Vendor approval does not include seats for the rodeo. Vendors may view the rodeo from unoccupied seats if available, but must vacate immediately if ticket holders arrive for those seats. Vendors are solely responsible for filing and paying all applicable taxes in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
