Vendor approval does not include seats for the rodeo. Vendors may view the rodeo from unoccupied seats if available, but must vacate immediately if ticket holders arrive for those seats. Vendors are solely responsible for filing and paying all applicable taxes in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Submission of this application does not guarantee a vendor space. Confirmation will be communicated by text or email. Vendors must provide a valid insurance policy naming us as additionally insured prior to set-up. Failure to provide proof of insurance at least 24 hours before the event will result in denial of set-up.
